Data we collect

When you submit a contact or newsletter form, we receive the name, email, message content, and optional fields you provide (such as preferred audit and fieldwork window). Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and diagnostics.

Purpose and legal basis

We use inquiry data to respond to estimate requests and schedule engagements. Newsletter addresses are used only to send occasional field notes you requested. We process this data based on your request for information or consent where required.

Retention

Unsuccessful inquiry records are kept up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymized. Engagement records are retained as required for professional and tax obligations, typically up to seven years. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Subject to Taiwan personal data protection rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may withdraw newsletter consent at any time. Send requests to hello@secureflowplatform.digital.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Taiwan. If a processor outside Taiwan is used for email or hosting, we select providers with appropriate safeguards and limit data to what is needed for the stated purpose.

Engagement confidentiality

Client materials shared during audits are handled under engagement-letter confidentiality terms and are separate from marketing website analytics.
