About

A small audit practice that stays close to the binders.

Secure Flow Platform grew from examination support work with payment and remittance firms in southern Taiwan. We still prefer fieldwork to slide decks.

Origin

Our founders spent years preparing licensed operators for FSC visits and bank-partner reviews — printing control maps at midnight, reconciling complaint logs, and coaching interview answers that matched real practice. Secure Flow Platform was formed to offer that same preparation as a dedicated audit engagement, not as a side task bolted onto legal counsel hours.

We keep the practice intentionally small. Most engagements have one lead auditor and one supporting reviewer so findings stay consistent and conversations stay specific to your products.

How we work with clients

We treat compliance leads as partners, not audiences. Evidence requests are sequenced; draft findings are shared for factual correction before anything reaches leadership.

Concrete vocabulary

Reports name control owners, sample IDs, and policy dates. We avoid vague ratings that cannot be traced to a binder.

Taiwan context

Engagements reflect FSC examination habits, bilingual disclosure expectations, and the realities of firms headquartered outside Taipei.

Clear edges

We audit readiness and controls. We do not sell legal representation, remediation staffing, or certification stamps.
